THE ROLE:

πŸ“Š Brand Leadership – Own brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for the U.S. market, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
πŸ“£ Campaign Development – Build and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, trial, and repeat purchase.
🎨 Innovation & Packaging – Manage innovation and renovation projects in partnership with Product Development and Supply Chain, ensuring timely execution through the stage-gate process.
πŸ›’ Customer & Shopper Marketing – Support sales teams with sell-in tools, POS materials, and retailer marketing activation across Target, Whole Foods, and other key partners.
πŸ” Insights & Analysis – Conduct category reviews, track performance metrics, and leverage data to uncover growth opportunities.
🀝 Agency Collaboration – Partner with creative, shopper, and brand activation agencies to deliver high-impact retail programming.
