THE ROLE
We are hiring a Head of Growth to architect and scale Tonic Healthβs next phase of hypergrowth. Reporting directly to the CEO, youβll own the entire growth engine β driving acquisition, performance marketing, and revenue expansion across all channels.
β¨ Youβll combine data-driven precision with creative storytelling, balancing short-term results with long-term brand equity. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can turn insights into action and scale a brand from millions to tens of millions.
π Own and deliver ambitious revenue, CAC, LTV and margin targets.
π¬ Build and execute growth strategy across Amazon, D2C and new channels.
π― Scale performance marketing, influencer, affiliate & community-driven growth.
π‘ Partner with brand and creative teams to deliver breakthrough campaigns.
π Build a data-driven culture, reporting key KPIs across the funnel.
