THE ROLE
We are hiring a Head of Growth to architect and scale Tonic Health’s next phase of hypergrowth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own the entire growth engine — driving acquisition, performance marketing, and revenue expansion across all channels.
✨ You’ll combine data-driven precision with creative storytelling, balancing short-term results with long-term brand equity. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can turn insights into action and scale a brand from millions to tens of millions.
📈 Own and deliver ambitious revenue, CAC, LTV and margin targets.
💬 Build and execute growth strategy across Amazon, D2C and new channels.
🎯 Scale performance marketing, influencer, affiliate & community-driven growth.
💡 Partner with brand and creative teams to deliver breakthrough campaigns.
📊 Build a data-driven culture, reporting key KPIs across the funnel.
