With a strong reputation for quality, reliability and long-term partnerships, theyβre now looking for a Commercial & Account Manager to help drive their next phase of growth.

THE ROLE:
π Take ownership of the commercial strategy β driving revenue, margins and client growth.
π€ Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.
π¬ Negotiate sales contracts, prepare quotations and ensure smooth communication with clients.
π Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and identify key market trends.
βοΈ Collaborate closely with Operations and Procurement to achieve commercial targets.
πΎ Ensure full Organic and BRCGS compliance across all commercial activities.
π― Represent the business at trade shows and industry exhibitions across the UK and Europe.

ABOUT YOU:
π Experience in B2B sales or commercial management within food, feed ingredients or agri-commodities.
π§Ύ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
β‘ A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
π¬ Excellent communication skills β English essential, Ukrainian or Russian highly desirable.
π§ Commercial acumen, autonomy, and confidence in driving results.
