THE ROLE
They are seeking a proactive Finance / FP&A Manager to set up and shape the finance function from scratch as the company grows. This is a unique chance to work closely with their factory in Switzerland, helping to drive decisions that impact profitability, margins, and long-term growth.
This role is perfect for someone currently working as an analyst whoโs ready to step up into a manager role โ with a strong analytical mindset, confidence with Excel, and the ambition to influence key decisions at a scaling FMCG business.
๐ Build the finance function from the ground up, establishing robust processes and controls
๐ผ Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
๐ธ Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring profitability and margin focus
๐ค Partner with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to drive commercial decisions
๐งฎ Deliver clear financial insights and analyses to guide growth strategies
๐ Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors

ABOUT YOU
๐ A strong analytical background โ excellent Excel skills are essential
๐ Experience in financial analysis, modelling, and reporting
