THE ROLE:
๐ Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Lead retail sales for regional accounts like Wegmanโs, Publix, Harris Teeter, The Fresh Market, and Giant Foods.
๐ค Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with brokers, distributors, and grocery customers, ensuring smooth inventory management and impactful promotional plans.
๐ Data-Driven Growth: Manage sales forecasts, profitability, and trade budgets using tools like Nielsen, SPINS, and retailer data portals to drive decisions.
๐ Expand the Market: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to open markets and channels, contributing to Doughliciousโs ambitious growth objectives.
๐ Collaborate with Teams: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and finance to align strategies and maintain brand integrity.
๐ Be the Brand Ambassador: Represent Doughlicious at trade shows, market visits, and customer meetings.

ABOUT YOU:
โ CPG experience with a focus on sales leadership and category growth (small and large company experience preferred).
๐๏ธ Proven retailer-facing experience with a track record of success in regional and national accounts.
๐ Strong expertise in syndicated data tools (Nielsen, SPINS, Numerator) and financial management of trade budgets.
๐ฅ A passionate self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can turn ambiguity into actionable plans.
๐ก A collaborative team player who can manage broker relationships and influence decision-making across internal and external teams.
๐ Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and presenting data with compelling storytelling.
