THE ROLE:

๐Ÿ“ˆ Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Lead retail sales for regional accounts like Wegmanโ€™s, Publix, Harris Teeter, The Fresh Market, and Giant Foods.

๐Ÿค Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with brokers, distributors, and grocery customers, ensuring smooth inventory management and impactful promotional plans.

๐Ÿ“Š Data-Driven Growth: Manage sales forecasts, profitability, and trade budgets using tools like Nielsen, SPINS, and retailer data portals to drive decisions.

๐ŸŒŸ Expand the Market: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to open markets and channels, contributing to Doughliciousโ€™s ambitious growth objectives.

๐Ÿ”— Collaborate with Teams: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and finance to align strategies and maintain brand integrity.

๐ŸŒ Be the Brand Ambassador: Represent Doughlicious at trade shows, market visits, and customer meetings.

ABOUT YOU:

โœ… CPG experience with a focus on sales leadership and category growth (small and large company experience preferred).

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Proven retailer-facing experience with a track record of success in regional and national accounts.

๐Ÿ“Š Strong expertise in syndicated data tools (Nielsen, SPINS, Numerator) and financial management of trade budgets.

๐Ÿ”ฅ A passionate self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can turn ambiguity into actionable plans.

๐Ÿ’ก A collaborative team player who can manage broker relationships and influence decision-making across internal and external teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and presenting data with compelling storytelling.
