π They are now seeking a high-energy, results-driven Head of Foodservice to lead foodservice and wholesale sales across the UK.
This role is pivotal in expanding their presence with restaurants, cafes, hotels, contract caterers, and wholesale partners β helping Doughlicious take their indulgent creations to the away-from-home market.
THE ROLE:
β¨ Lead and deliver the UK foodservice sales strategy across multiple sectors
π€ Build strong relationships with operators, distributors, chefs & procurement teams
π Manage forecasts, pricing, and promotional calendars to drive growth
π Develop wholesale and distribution channels (cash & carry, delivered wholesale, specialty)
π Identify trends, launch new products, and create menu solutions to win new business
π€ Represent Doughlicious at trade shows, tastings, and industry events
ABOUT YOU:
π΄ Deep expertise in foodservice sales with B2B experience
πΌ A proven track record of securing listings and driving revenue growth
π€ Strong consultative selling skills and long-term relationship building
π Data-driven, strategic, and commercially astute with full P&L understanding
π A proactive, adaptable, and innovative approach in a fast-paced environment
