📍 Location: Runaway East Aldgate, 2 Whitechapel Rd, London E1 1EW (Office (2 days) & home-based, with travel to visit existing clients)
THE ROLE:
💼 Support the company’s ambitious growth in key channels in the UK (Wholesale, Travel, Foodservice & Convenience).
🔑 Work closely with the Senior National Account Manager and Field Sales Executive to manage existing accounts and secure new business.
🚀 Get visibility and experience across multiple channels, with plenty of opportunities to make an impact in a fast-growing business.
💰 Deliver sales and profit targets for each customer in the portfolio.
🛒 Identify new customer and distribution opportunities for Rhythm 108 in Wholesale, Travel, Foodservice & Convenience, and develop a plan to secure new accounts.
📈 Shape pricing and promotional strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
💡 Work with the Marketing team to develop trade marketing plans that increase sales.
📅 Accurately forecast and ensure all opportunities are realised for Rhythm 108 and your customers.
🤝 Build strong relationships with customers to raise brand profile and unlock additional opportunities (collaborations, promotions, etc.)
ABOUT YOU:
🎯 2+ years in Business Development (preferably in Food & Drink), with a proven track record of success.
💬 Excellent communicator—able to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
📅 High level of organisation and planning abilities to manage multiple accounts.
📊 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to present data clearly.
🧑💻 Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
