THE ROLE:
Are you a creative storyteller who thrives on building online communities and sparking social conversations? ✨
One Living is looking for a Social Media & Community Executive to take the lead on their organic social media presence and create meaningful connections with their loyal audience.

Social Media Management
🎯 Develop and implement social media plans across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
🎥 Create and schedule engaging content – copy, graphics, videos – that brings the brand to life
đź“Š Monitor performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies
Community Engagement
đź’Ś Build and nurture relationships with followers to drive engagement and loyalty
🙋 Respond to comments, messages and mentions with the brand’s tone of voice
🌟 Collaborate with influencers and run online campaigns & community events
Brand Advocacy
🎤 Be the voice of the brand across all social conversations
📝 Encourage user-generated content and champion the community’s stories
🔍 Monitor sentiment and share valuable insights with the wider team
Cross-functional Collaboration
🎨 Work closely with content creators, marketing, sales and customer support
đź’ˇ Share community feedback to shape marketing campaigns and product ideas

ABOUT YOU:
âś… Experience in social media, community management or digital marketing
âś… Strong copywriting, content creation and communication skills
âś… Confidence using social scheduling tools and analytics platforms
âś… Passion for building online communities and spotting social trends
đź’ˇ Bonus skills:
âś… Experience managing a community of 15k+ followers
âś… Canva / Adobe Suite skills
âś… Strong understanding of social content strategy
