One Living is an innovative health and wellbeing brand founded in 2018 by rugby legend Jonny Wilkinson.

Their mission is to make a living diet accessible to everyone, with a range of products including Kombucha, Water Kefir, and Health Shots.

They believe in listening to our bodies and responsibly crafting drinks that are 100% natural and rich in live cultures. As they enter an exciting period of rapid growth, they are expanding their team to support their ambitious plans, including a major brand launch in 2024.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially-minded OOH (Out of Home) Account Manager to drive sales and brand awareness within the wholesale and foodservice sectors.

This is a key role within the Commercial team, offering the opportunity to work with a fast-growing business in a highly collaborative environment.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with wholesalers, foodservice providers, and end customers to increase distribution and sales of One Living products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

🚀 Develop and expand sales of One Living drinks in OOH markets, building a strong network and driving growth through promotions, activations, and new product introductions.

📈 Work with national wholesalers to create Joint Business Plans, including promotions and activation strategies for both wholesalers and their foodservice customers.

🤝 Collaborate with our OOH sales agency and the Head of Commercial to achieve agreed KPIs and maximise market impact.

🎯 Generate demand and work with end customers to drive sales through existing and new routes to market.

📊 Provide data-driven insights to the Head of Commercial and Finance teams, tracking performance and optimizing strategies for all accounts.

📦 Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to manage stock levels, forecasts, and promotional uplifts, minimizing wastage.

🎓 Act as the OOH expert for the business, attending wholesaler/food service days, and feeding back insights to inform future strategies.

🌱 Identify growth opportunities for both existing accounts and new business ventures, reporting progress to the wider team.

🛠️ Support product changes and collaborate with the brand team to bring the brand strategy to life for OOH customers.

🌍 Stay informed on industry trends, sustainability targets, and regulatory changes, ensuring One Living remains ahead of the curve.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Proven experience in OOH sales.

✅ Experience working with national wholesalers and foodservice customers.

✅ Sales/account management experience, including P&L exposure.

✅ Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a strong team player.
