THE ROLE:
NPD
๐ง Spend time in the kitchen developing, tweaking, and testing game-changing desserts
๐งช Experiment with sweeteners, stabilisers, flavours & more โ mastering taste, texture & shelf life
๐ Spot trends, feedback or compliance shifts and turn them into delicious new ideas
๐ Lead development from concept to launch โ scaling from spoon to shelf
๐ Keep detailed formulation records and development logs
๐ญ Scale recipes from kitchen to factory while keeping that signature Wibble wobble
Quality & Compliance
๐๏ธ Manage QMS and HACCP without drowning in red tape
โณ Run shelf-life, storage and stability trials
๐ Approve raw materials and oversee supplier technical checks
๐ Ensure full compliance with FFL, HFSS, allergen labelling and customer specs
๐ง Be the go-to for buyers, co-manufacturers and technical partners
๐ค Youโll also get stuck into
๐จ Collaborating with sales & marketing to bring new ideas to life
๐ฅ Supporting improvements in flavour, nutrition, and cost
๐ญ Assisting with factory trials or onboarding new production lines

ABOUT YOU:
๐งโ๐ฌ Experience in NPD, food tech or quality (desserts, dairy or ambient is a bonus!)
๐ง Strong knowledge of food formulation โ hydrocolloids, sugar alternatives, acids, shelf life
๐ฉโ๐ณ Super hands-on โ love testing, tasting, and tweaking
โ๏ธ A creative thinker backed by data and practical problem-solving
๐ฃ๏ธ A confident communicator across commercial and supply chain teams
