Location: West London

Working Pattern: 4 days in-office

THE ROLE

DIRTEA is searching for a commercially driven Senior National Account Manager to lead and execute their off-trade growth strategy. Reporting to the Head of Off-Trade, this role will own the commercial plan across major UK grocers, wholesalers, and international partners โ€“ driving revenue, visibility, and brand impact in high-volume retail environments. ๐Ÿš€

๐Ÿ›’ Account Management

Manage key national retail accounts (e.g. Boots, Ocado, Holland & Barrett)
Lead promotional planning, performance reporting, and marketing alignment
Foster strong relationships with buyers, supply chain, and commercial teams
Oversee wholesale partners, forecast demand, and drive sales performance

๐Ÿ†• New Business Development

Work with leadership to target and win new listings with major grocers (e.g. Waitrose, Sainsburyโ€™s)
Unlock opportunities in travel, foodservice, and contract catering sectors
Manage outreach, pitch development, and buyer negotiations from start to finish

๐Ÿ“ข Trade Marketing

Shape DIRTEAโ€™s trade marketing strategy with the leadership team
Brief agencies on creative campaigns and brand assets
Represent DIRTEA at key trade shows and industry events

ABOUT YOU:

๐Ÿ“ˆ A commercially minded leader with full P&L ownership experience
๐Ÿ† Proven success in winning and scaling national grocery accounts
๐Ÿ›๏ธ Strong understanding of the UK retail and wellness/FMCG landscape
๐Ÿค Confident in negotiation, buyer relationships, and forecasting
โšก Proactive, entrepreneurial, and thrives in fast-growth environments
๐ŸŒฟ Experience with challenger brands or start-ups is highly desirable
