THE OPPORTUNITY:
They are seeking an experienced, high-energy Director of Sales, UK to lead their retail sales efforts and drive growth across key accounts. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding their market presence, shaping sales strategies, and nurturing vital customer relationships.
THE ROLE::
🍩 Lead and execute the UK retail sales strategy with clear growth targets
📊 Build distribution plans, promotional calendars, and manage customer sales forecasts
🛒 Develop and maintain strong relationships with grocery customers, brokers, and distributors
🔎 Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand into new markets and channels
🤝 Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to align sales initiatives
💼 Oversee trade budgets, pricing negotiations, and conduct ROI analysis
