THE ROLE: NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Theyβre searching for a dynamic & talented individual to drive growth in retail and online. Youβll own the planning and execution of a growth plan, using your insights to influence key customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
π Create retailer-specific plans
π Track business performance and key drivers
π Develop customer-specific promotional calendars
π Manage product mix aligned with brand and category strategies
π€ Build and execute customer contact strategies
ποΈ Support listings, drive new business, & NPD
π» Help grow their e-commerce presence
π― Organize sales meetings and pitch compelling proposals
π Execute product sampling and event activations
π’ Forecast volumes & sales pipeline, and collaborate with production teams
π Analyze category data and present insights to buyers
π Prepare presentations for external meetings
πͺ Visit stores and attend retailer conferences

ABOUT YOU:
βοΈ Previous account management experience in the grocery/FMCG sector
βοΈ Strong ability to create and deliver customer business plans
βοΈ Excellent communication and influencing skills
βοΈ Proficiency in P&L analysis to drive commercial advantage
βοΈ 3+ years of sales experience managing top UK retailers
βοΈ Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
βοΈ Flexibility to travel to manufacturers and retailers
βοΈ Passion for working in a small, collaborative team
