THE ROLE: NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Theyโre searching for a dynamic & talented individual to drive growth in retail and online. Youโll own the planning and execution of a growth plan, using your insights to influence key customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
๐ Create retailer-specific plans
๐ Track business performance and key drivers
๐ Develop customer-specific promotional calendars
๐ Manage product mix aligned with brand and category strategies
๐ค Build and execute customer contact strategies
๐๏ธ Support listings, drive new business, & NPD
๐ป Help grow their e-commerce presence
๐ฏ Organize sales meetings and pitch compelling proposals
๐ Execute product sampling and event activations
๐ข Forecast volumes & sales pipeline, and collaborate with production teams
๐ Analyze category data and present insights to buyers
๐ Prepare presentations for external meetings
๐ช Visit stores and attend retailer conferences

ABOUT YOU:
โ๏ธ Previous account management experience in the grocery/FMCG sector
โ๏ธ Strong ability to create and deliver customer business plans
โ๏ธ Excellent communication and influencing skills
โ๏ธ Proficiency in P&L analysis to drive commercial advantage
โ๏ธ 3+ years of sales experience managing top UK retailers
โ๏ธ Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
โ๏ธ Flexibility to travel to manufacturers and retailers
โ๏ธ Passion for working in a small, collaborative team
