📊 Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory software, create stock forecasts, and ensure sales orders are processed efficiently.

🚚 Logistics Coordination: Work with suppliers, co-packers, and warehouses to optimize stock holdings and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

🛒 Amazon Account Oversight: Manage inventory, profiles, and reviews to keep the Amazon machine running smoothly.

✅ Compliance Management: Ensure all products meet third-party specifications and stay updated on industry compliance changes.

💰 Financial Accuracy: Align bills, purchase orders, and logistics invoices with financial software, and keep Xero up-to-date.

📞 Customer Support: Oversee responses to customer queries and ensure top-notch service.

ABOUT YOU:

🗂️ Highly Organised: You’ll manage supply chains and demand forecasts with precision.

🎯 Detail-Oriented: Excel is your playground, and you spot discrepancies from a mile away.

🔢 Strong in Numbers & IT: You’re comfortable with data, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and systems.

🌱 Experienced in Food Operations/Supply Chain: +1 years in FMCG is a plus!

Desirable Skills:

💻 Experience with inventory management software (Unleashed, Mintsoft, etc.)

🧾 Comfortable with accounting software like Xero

🤝 Skilled in relationship building, especially with customers and warehousing teams

FURTHER INFO:

💸 Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pro-rata, 3% pension, and staff discount.

⏰ Part-time: 30 hours per week, flexible to fit school hours, Monday - Friday.

🌍 Location: Remote (UK only) with occasional travel to Leicester (4-6 times per year).
