THE ROLE:
As the Customer Engagement Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Hope & Glory's growth and expanding their footprint in the tea market. π

RESPONSIBILITIES:
π― Promoting the brand portfolio and value proposition
π Developing business plans to achieve commercial targets
π€ Building and nurturing key customer relationships
π± Supporting strategic product development
π£ Acting as the voice of their customers within the company

ABOUT YOU:
π― Experience customer engagement and key account management, ideally in foodservice/HORECA sectors
πΌ Excellent influencer and negotiation skills
π Strong planning and organizational abilities
