THE COMPANY:
Border Biscuits is a beloved brand, known for their delicious and high-quality treats. They're committed to delivering exceptional products and experiences to their customers, and they're looking for a dynamic Foodservice Account Manager to help them achieve their ambitious growth goals.

LOCATION: Lanark, Scotland or Remote Working.
IN OFFICE MEETING: Monthly commercial meeting on the 2nd week of every month that run from 12:00 on the Tuesday and closes at 15:00 the next day. This is attended by the whole team. Outside of that there are the occasions quarterly where something is happening in the Lanark office.

THE ROLE:
π€ Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in the UK Foodservice channel.
π Business Planning: Generate Joint Business Plans that drive profitable growth for the Border brand.
ποΈ Promotional Planning: Implement promotional plans aligned with Border brand values and customer strategies.
π Post-Promotion Analysis: Conduct regular analyses to optimize promotional investments and enhance forecasting accuracy.
π Performance Tracking: Use internal sales reports to evaluate trends and provide insights to the Sales Director and wider business.
π Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and share learnings with the commercial team.
ποΈ Customer Administration: Ensure accurate and timely submission of customer and internal administration.
π¦ Supply Chain Coordination: Maintain agreed levels of customer availability through regular supply chain contact.
πΈ Financial Support: Assist the Finance team in resolving pricing issues with customers.
πΌ Budget Planning: Prepare and present annual account plans, accurately forecasting customer demand.

ABOUT YOU:
β Proven experience managing wholesaler accounts in the Foodservice channel.
π Clear understanding of market routes and supply chain margins in the Foodservice and OOH channel.
π’ Background in a branded environment with a history of delivering profitable sales growth.
π Proficiency in using data and insights to support sales proposals.
π Experience in developing sales within national end-user accounts in the Foodservice & OOH Channel.
Desirable:
πͺ Experience in the snacking or treat categories.
π Experience managing Amazon accounts.
