As an Business Development / Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maximising their existing relationships and developing new accounts. You’ll work closely with their inspiring Founder, who sits on the Small Business Council in Government, is on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, and earned her MBE in the King’s New Years Honours 2023! This is your chance to make a real impact in their dynamic business.

Hybrid-Office role, based in West Molesey, Surrey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

πŸ“ˆ Sales Growth: Drive successful sales growth in line with the company’s overall business plan.

🀝 Customer Relationships: Build and develop relationships with key customers like Asda, Tesco, and Ocado through brand sell-in of new products and delivery of brilliant category-driving JBPs and trade plans.

πŸ“Š New Business: Generate new business from a provided prospect list and your own territory knowledge and industry networking.

πŸ” Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.

🎯 Sales Targets: Deliver ambitious sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.

πŸ“… Event Participation: Attend trade and consumer shows.

πŸ“‹ Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records in their CRM system and report performance against KPIs.

Salary + OTE up to Β£60,000 (uncapped commission) dependent on experience.

Commission: Start earning from day 1 with a high commission structure.
