ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing existing retailer relationships while seeking out new opportunities across the country.
π Your insights and commercial acumen will help them scale their business to the next level!

RESPONSIBILITIES
π Develop tailored communication plans to secure new listings with retailers.
π Craft strategic business growth plans and sales strategies, including promotions.
π€ Foster and manage relationships with retailers at all levels.
πΌ Negotiate and oversee trading terms with customers.
π Monitor and analyse weekly sales performance to drive continuous improvemen

ABOUT YOU:
πΌ Sales experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
π¬ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
π Experience managing a business P&L and familiarity with sales performance metrics.
π Previous startup experience preferred.
