Working closely with the Founder, you'll drive their ambitious vision forward, leading a dynamic marketing team and overseeing all aspects of the marketing strategy.

π Own the Goodrays brand world, ensuring consistency and creativity across all touch points.
THE ROLE:
π― Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing plans aligned with our mission and values.
π’ Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, and more to drive acquisition and engagement.
π Consumer and Category Understanding: Lead efforts to understand audience and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
π©βπΌ Team Management and Cross-Functional Leadership: Nurture and lead a high-performing marketing team, collaborating with other departments to align efforts.

Salary - very much dependent on experience
28 days holiday and flexible working hours
