As they rocket forward, they need an Operations Manager to join their crew and steer their operations to greatness!
LOCATION:
Hybrid Working (c. 1 Day in the office per week) | Paddington, London, UK 🌍
THE ROLE:
Are you a master of operations with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach? Are you looking for a role where you can lead the charge in optimising end-to-end operations?
From suppliers to delivery partners, this role will be pivotal in ensuring supply chain is smooth, efficient, and sustainable, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
🚀 Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
Drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability in our processes.
📦 Supply Chain Management:
Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities.
Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
📊 Stock Management:
Plan and forecast stock across all SKU’s.
Manage packaging and ingredient stock effectively.
💰 Cost Management:
Develop and manage operations budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
📅 Project Management:
Lead a seamless move to new manufacturer.
Ensure projects meet tight deadlines.
ABOUT YOU:
🏭 Proven experience in operations within food and beverage. Experience in challenger brands/start-up environment a plus.
📦 Strong understanding of supply chain management.
📈 Track record of implementing process improvements.
📜 Familiarity with beverage industry regulations.
📊 Advanced Excel skills for commercial analysis.
💡 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
🤝 Ability to work independently and in a small team.
💼 Experience with Xero and Unleashed.
