THE ROLE:
As their National Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving the brand's growth in retail and online. Your responsibilities will include:
π οΈ Crafting retailer-specific plans
π Full understanding of business performance and key drivers
ποΈ Development of customer-specific promotional calendars
π Managing customer product mix in alignment with brand and category guidelines
π Implementing effective customer contact strategies
π Driving new business and supporting the NPD plan

ABOUT YOU:
To thrive in this role, you should:
π Have previous account management experience in the grocery sector and FMCG
π Demonstrate expertise in building and delivering customer business plans
π Possess a structured selling process with portfolio negotiation skills
π£οΈ Excel in communication, influencing, and building cross-functional links
πΌ Be data-savvy, with experience in P&L analysis
π Showcase a "get-things-done" attitude, working independently and within a remote team
π Bring an entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience, managing top 4 retailers
