THE ROLE:
📈 Managing the full marketing mix (product, price, place & promotions)
🚀 Devising brand strategy for future growth
📷 Collaborating on big brand refresh projects and photoshoots
👁️ Being the brand guardian for visuals & content
🌐 Executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and out-of-home channels
🕵️ Conducting market research and analyzing competitors and consumer trends
🎙️ Collaborating with PR manager on press releases & trade partnerships
📊 Monitoring brand performance through KPIs
🎉 Strategising and delivering product launches and promotional events
🎨 Assisting in retail packaging design and in-store marketing displays
📱 Overseeing social media, influencer & community growth plan
🔄 Supporting on various marketing areas to drive brand growth
ABOUT YOU:
💡 Demonstrable brand development & FMCG experience
🖼️ Previous experience managing packaging artwork
📲 Experience in running social media and digital marketing campaigns
🤝 Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
🎤 Good presenter and natural facilitator
