THE ROLE:
π Managing the full marketing mix (product, price, place & promotions)
π Devising brand strategy for future growth
π· Collaborating on big brand refresh projects and photoshoots
ποΈ Being the brand guardian for visuals & content
π Executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and out-of-home channels
π΅οΈ Conducting market research and analyzing competitors and consumer trends
ποΈ Collaborating with PR manager on press releases & trade partnerships
π Monitoring brand performance through KPIs
π Strategising and delivering product launches and promotional events
π¨ Assisting in retail packaging design and in-store marketing displays
π± Overseeing social media, influencer & community growth plan
π Supporting on various marketing areas to drive brand growth

ABOUT YOU:
π‘ Demonstrable brand development & FMCG experience
πΌοΈ Previous experience managing packaging artwork
π² Experience in running social media and digital marketing campaigns
π€ Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
π€ Good presenter and natural facilitator
π Positive, solution-driven, and proactive
π Passionate about brands, especially The Gym Kitchen
π Ability to use and interpret consumer insight and commercial data
π Excellent influencing skills across various stakeholders
