Awarded best speciality roaster in the 2022 UK Coffee Awards, Extract Coffee Roasters is a speciality coffee roaster on a mission to make coffee better. By that, they mean better for coffee growers, for cafes and hospitality businesses, for coffee drinkers and local communities.
Behind roastery doors, they are an eclectic mix of cyclists, runners, musicians, growers, bakers, bookworms, parents, artists, activists and allies. They care about things like fairness, listening, learning and helping others.
THE ROLE: HEAD OF MARKETING
🌟 Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Shape and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
🚀 Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
🎨 Brand Development: Oversee brand development, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and mission.
💬 Customer Engagement: Craft and implement strategies for customer engagement, building and maintaining a loyal customer base.
💼 Budget Management: Be the maestro of the marketing budget, allocating resources for maximum ROI.
🤝 Collaboration: Harmonise efforts with sales and other departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.
ABOUT YOU:
🎓 Experience in a senior marketing, brand, and communications role. Proven track record of leading and developing marketing teams.
🚀 Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C.
✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with a knack for data-driven decisions.
☕ Coffee industry background? That's a plus!
🌍 LOCATION: Choose your base between Bristol and London, and get ready to jet-set between their vibrant sites in Bristol, London, and Manchester as needed.
