THE ROLE: ACCOUNT MANAGER

πŸš€ Create, negotiate, and implement profitable JBP’s with key accounts to deliver on time and within budget for each account.

πŸ“Š Review and monitor plans regularly to ensure successful implementation.

🀝 Develop and maintain new and existing business across the sales channel.

🀝 Collaborate with the marketing team to build brand love, visibility, and product performance. 🧑

πŸ“ˆ On-going management of the sales rolling forecast for named accounts and updating internal systems.

πŸ†• Gain listings of new NPD in key accounts and successfully launch and activate them. πŸš€

ABOUT YOU

πŸ›’ Sales and account management experience in the grocery sector, ideally with additional experience as a chilled or frozen category manager within a leading UK grocery chain. πŸͺ

πŸ’Ό Confident and commercially savvy, comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels. 🌐

πŸ“ˆ Track record of generating leads and driving sales through existing business.

🀝 Ability to negotiate and build best-in-class relationships with customers.

πŸ’Ό Commercial mindset, understanding the impact of decisions on the wider business.

πŸ“Š Confident working with spreadsheets and handling occasionally complex customer data (pricing, product lists, margins), in addition to internal reporting.

πŸͺ Passionate about working in the food industry and a love of cookies!
