THE ROLE:

πŸš€ Sales Strategy Development: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales and targets for the account portfolio.

🌐 Market Expansion: Identify and explore new profitable business opportunities within target market sectors and existing business.

πŸ“Š Promotional Activity Management: Organise, manage, and monitor promotional activities to support sales strategies, collaborating closely with Channel Development Managers.

πŸ”„ Product Development: Manage New Product Development (NPD) activities within the customer base and collaborate on projects and presentations with Channel Development Managers.

πŸ“ˆ Performance Analysis: Critically evaluate the company's product range within customers to ensure maximum gross margin and provide monthly reports detailing performance and key actions for the month ahead.

🌍 Corporate Social Responsibility: Ensure understanding and sharing of DF CSR policies with the customer base.

🀝 Collaborative Support: Act as a supporting role to Senior National Account Managers as needed.

ABOUT YOU:

🎀 Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

πŸ’Ό Sales Expertise: Strong sales techniques and effective negotiation skills, with experience in sales budgeting and forecasting.

πŸ€” Analytical Thinking: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to interpret data and information.

🌐 Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the client, foodservice market, and sector trends.
