JOB OPPORTUNITY:
🚀 You will take on a crucial role in winning new direct-supply office customers for the business.
You will create opportunities and develop your own sales pipeline to onboard new customers. You’ll work closely within the small team to share best practice and keep your 👀 and 👂 on the market.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
📈 Grow the B2B Office customer base and increase sales
🔍 Search for and create new opportunities to supply TrueStart coffee to forward-thinking offices and workplaces
📊 Be responsible for personal sales targets, leading and managing the day-to-day development and execution of prospecting and pipeline management
💼 Create the best experience for any businesses in contact with TrueStart, always living the values and spreading positive energy as you go
🤝 Work closely with colleagues to share best practices & ideas
ABOUT YOU:
You'll be part of a small, energetic team where we all get our hands dirty, push comfort zones, and make progress happen. You'll be able to work independently and collaboratively with the wider team. The team all work hard and have loads of fun while they're at it. Because they flipping love what they do.
1️⃣ year experience in a B2B Sales role (FMCG preferable) or equivalent experience
💪 Confident at creating and winning new business opportunities
🧠 A natural strategic, creative, and commercial thinker
🚀 A self-starter and multi-tasker who is super organised and keen to grow within a dynamic team that is taking the UK market by storm!
🗣️ Naturally articulate with a high level of credibility when talking to others
💼 Financially astute and capable of making every penny work as hard as possible

🌐 Be an internal and external ambassador for the brand

🏢 This is a business development role, which requires time in the office creating opportunities and time on the road visiting potential customers.
