THE ROLE: COMMERCIAL MANAGER - FOODSERVICE (OOH)
Are you dynamic, passionate about plant-based innovation, and ready for a new adventure? We're seeking an OOH Commercial Manager to champion JB's foodservice accounts and national wholesalers. You'll be the face of innovation, introducing their products to contract caterers and manufacturers.

π Establish and grow national wholesaler relationships for Hotels & Restaurants, Leisure, Healthcare, Education, Corporate Offices.
π Work closely with regional wholesalers to expand the independent portfolio.
π‘ Manage CRM systems rigorously for pipeline progress and key events.
π Grow product distribution and arrange NPD launches with strategic partners.
π Produce sales forecasts and report to commercial and production teams.
π Utilise data and insights for strategic decisions and growth.
π Plan, arrange, and review promotional activities for your customers.
π€ Collaborate with the marketing team for impactful activations.
π Visit customers to establish lasting relationships.
π Manage day-to-day account admin, including invoicing and customer onboarding.
π Deliver internal reporting for commercial and leadership teams.

ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in multinational FMCG (Wholesale/OOH).
Passion for food and delivering exceptional service.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Field sales experience is a bonus.
Outstanding people skills for successful stakeholder interactions.
Thrives in a close-knit team environment.
