As they gear up to launch a new event space in 2024, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their ambitious, hardworking, and fun team.
THE ROLE: MARKETING MANAGER
Marketing Strategy:
🗺️ Lead a new location-based marketing strategy for a permanent event space in Southwark.
💰 Consider financial targets and growth strategy for a realistic but ambitious marketing plan.
📊 Analyse customer insights, trends, and market analysis for successful strategies.
📆 Weekly and monthly review and measurement of marketing initiatives.
Leadership & Communication:
🤝 Work independently on business strategy while motivating a team.
🎨 Collaborate with the Head of Creative to align with company branding.
🗣️ Lead regular company meetings to explain vision and direction.
🤖 Recruit marketing assistant positions.
Business Development & Budgets:
📈 Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across platforms for future campaign development.
💼 Manage monthly budget spend and project allocations for projected growth.
🎯 Respond to sales requirements, support on hitting targets, and react to change positively.
ABOUT YOU:
🎉 Enthusiastic, capable, and motivated leader with a passion for food and events.
🍔 Experience in a similar role, with strong experience in local marketing & SEO (experience in the food industry is preferable).
🔄 A project manager who is a fluent multitasker, decision-maker, and team player.
📣 Excellent communication and analytical skills.
🖥️ CRM and CMS experience.
📲 Proficiency with social media development strategies and online content marketing.
