THE ROLE: MARKETING MANAGER
Marketing Strategy:
πΊοΈ Lead a new location-based marketing strategy for a permanent event space in Southwark.
π° Consider financial targets and growth strategy for a realistic but ambitious marketing plan.
π Analyse customer insights, trends, and market analysis for successful strategies.
π Weekly and monthly review and measurement of marketing initiatives.
Leadership & Communication:
π€ Work independently on business strategy while motivating a team.
π¨ Collaborate with the Head of Creative to align with company branding.
π£οΈ Lead regular company meetings to explain vision and direction.
π€ Recruit marketing assistant positions.
Business Development & Budgets:
π Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across platforms for future campaign development.
πΌ Manage monthly budget spend and project allocations for projected growth.
π― Respond to sales requirements, support on hitting targets, and react to change positively.
ABOUT YOU:
π Enthusiastic, capable, and motivated leader with a passion for food and events.
π Experience in a similar role, with strong experience in local marketing & SEO (experience in the food industry is preferable).
π A project manager who is a fluent multitasker, decision-maker, and team player.
π£ Excellent communication and analytical skills.
π₯οΈ CRM and CMS experience.
π² Proficiency with social media development strategies and online content marketing.
