THE ROLE:
🤝 Be the key point of contact for a portfolio of Grocery and National Accounts.
🌍 Develop exceptional relationships and category partnerships for outsized results.
💼 Effectively manage accounts to achieve annual turnover and profit targets.
📈 Development and negotiation of winning joint business plans.
🚀 Planning and implementation of NPD launches within your customers.
🤖 Collaborate with marketing colleagues for impactful customer marketing activities.
💡 Input into S&OP, annual and monthly forecasts, and budget cycles.
ABOUT YOU:
👔 Previous experience as an account manager, commercial manager, or buyer.
🚀 Enjoys the fast-paced nature of working in a start-up or smaller business.
📊 OrganiSed and calm under pressure with excellent prioritization skills. 🔥 Passion for results and hunger to make a big impact. 👫 Enjoys working as part of a small, dynamic team. 🎤 Strong presentation and Excel skills.
