THE ROLE: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (GROCERY) π
As the Key Account Manager, you'll be the maestro behind managing and growing sales within Sainsbury's, WHSmith, and Holland & Barrett. Responsibilities include:
π Conducting periodic review meetings with customers
π JBP creation, agreement, and tracking
π€ Sharing customer insights for strategic planning
πΊοΈ Developing account plans
πΈ Agreeing cost/price strategies
π Forecasting and reviews
π Promotion planning, including Christmas and Easter
π Agreeing, tracking, and launching NPD

βABOUT YOU:
π Experience as a NAM/JNAM with a Top 4 Grocer
πΌ Demonstrable negotiation skills
π€ Strong ability to build and maintain successful relationships
π In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
πΉ Hands-on experience managing a P&L
π Experience building successful JBPβs
π Availability to travel as needed to visit retail partners
