THE ROLE: HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As their Head of Business Development, you'll be pivotal in achieving growth objectives. Embrace the variety and evolution that comes with small business roles. Bring your expertise; they're open to improvements. Personal growth opportunities abound, and they will support your skills development. π±
π Identify and pursue new business opportunities
ποΈ Manage existing wholesale customer relationships and upsell products
ποΈ Pitch to retailers, manage customer target 'hit list'
π₯οΈ Implement, update, and manage a new CRM system
π Attend Trade Shows, build relationships with distributors and retailers
πΌ Co-own D2C channels, work closely with Operations Manager
π Drive international sales - UAE, USA, and Europe

π Highly organised, proactive, resilient, and motivated
π€ Proven sales and account management experience
π₯οΈ Experienced with CRM systems

FURTHER INFORMATION
Salary + Performance-based bonus, 28 days leave plus Bank Holidays , Flexible schedule with working from home available . Plenty of free cake sampling! OFFICE LOCATION: Goodman Street, Leeds, LS10 1NZ, with good public transport links and ample on-site parking.
